Shipping Policy

At Laylaaa, we do our best to deliver your order quickly, safely, and carefully. Below you will find all information about our shipping and delivery.


Order processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During busy periods, such as new collection launches, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer than usual. Thank you for your understanding and patience.

Always carefully check your shipping details before completing your order. Laylaaa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrectly entered address details.

Once an order has been placed, we unfortunately cannot cancel or modify it, as we begin processing it immediately to guarantee fast delivery.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to track your package. Please note that tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after the carrier has processed the package.


Shipping destinations

We currently ship within Europe and to selected international destinations.

Available shipping countries may vary depending on carriers and customs regulations. If your country is not available at checkout, we unfortunately do not currently ship to that location.


Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.

Estimated delivery times

Netherlands & Belgium 1–3 working days
Germany & France 2–5 working days
Rest of Europe 3–7 working days
International orders 5–12 working days

Delivery times are estimates and can sometimes be affected by customs procedures, carrier delays, or busy periods.


Free Shipping

We offer free shipping from €60 to selected European countries, including:

  • The Netherlands
  • Belgium
  • Germany
  • France

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout if your order qualifies.


International Shipping & Customs

For international orders outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply, depending on the regulations of the country of destination.

Any additional customs costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Although we do our best to guarantee fast delivery, Laylaaa has no control over delays caused by customs procedures.


Problems with Orders

Are you experiencing problems with your order? Our support team is happy to help you.

In the unlikely event that:

  • an article is missing,
  • your order arrives damaged,
  • or if you received the wrong item,

we kindly ask you to contact us at:

  • your order number,
  • clear photos of the package/item,
  • and a brief explanation of the problem.

This way, we can assess and resolve your request as quickly as possible.


Delivered But Not Received

If the tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  1. To check around your home,
  2. A delivery note to view,
  3. Ask neighbors or housemates.
